When we started putting together the wine list for Xicala we knew we wanted to have an unusual selection, wines that are rarely offered in restaurants and sell them all by the glass. It was a risk, but hey!, who wants another wine bar filled with Merlot, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon?.

Our wines are mostly Spanish, from a variety of regions as well as some other European wines from Germany, Austria and France. Occasionally we offer outstanding American wines. We are constantly looking for interesting additions to our list and our list is constantly changing.

Besides wines we offer imported beers, Sake bottles or mixed with fruit juice Martini style.

The house signature drink is our Strawberry Sangria, a family recipe so secretive not even the bartenders know what's in it.
